HOW I CAME TO MY NEW HOME
I was found wandering the streets of a city in upstate New York, wearing a purple sweater but with no collar. A kind lady took me to the animal shelter. It was immediately realized I was wonderful and very soon I was found a new home. However the landlord of this home did not like me. He said I would frighten people, and that I had to go back to the shelter. I do not frighten people. I only melt hearts. Just look at this face!
Meanwhile up in Vermont, Carmel was looking all over for a nice dog. Carmel's workmates were tired listening to her and began an intense internet search to help find just the right puppy. Eventually they suggested Carmel and her parents take the long trip to my shelter to meet me.
I loved them on first sight. I knew that my 'forever home' was to be with Carmel. Since I am no fool, I was on my best behavior. I went from one to the other and begged to be petted. I pulled out every trick I had to be super cute and adorable.
It worked! In the wag of a tail I was on the road to Vermont with my new humans. Yupee!
